Welcome to our website! We are a specialized pet food company providing high-quality and diverse food for your beloved dogs and cats to keep them healthy, happy, and full of energy. Our product range includes everyday and special nutritional dog and cat food, including canned food, frozen meals, and dried treats.

Since our founding in August 2010, the company has been engaged in purchasing farm animals raised on Latvian farms. The livestock is processed at a slaughterhouse located in Vecpiebalga Municipality, Inesi Parish, at “Kleivēni.”

One of our goals is to provide our beloved dogs and cats with the highest-quality natural food made from meat sourced from livestock raised in Latvia's countryside.

SIA “Latvijas gaļa,” the owner of the brand biorawpetfood.lv, has established a pet food production facility in Ērgļi, Ērgļi Municipality.

• In November 2019, the company received a Veterinary Authorization from the Latvian Food and Veterinary Service with registration number A080956.
• In December 2019, it was granted an Organic Farming Certificate, No. 05-140-2019/PB-01.

All raw materials used in pet food production are sourced in Latvia and obtained from the slaughterhouse in Vecpiebalga Municipality, Inesi. Our offerings include products made from beef, young bovine, veal, sheep, lamb, goat, and horse meat. Both organic and conventional products are available.

The new factory in Latvia is the first and currently the only one producing three different types of pet food:

• Raw-frozen
• Dried
• Canned meat for dogs and cats

No preservatives, colorants, or flavor enhancers are used in production. Vitamins and minerals are added to canned meat. Rabbit, chicken, salmon, and duck from local suppliers are also included in the composition of frozen and canned foods.

Experienced veterinarians from Latvia and Western countries actively participate in developing product recipes. Our production utilizes modern Western meat processing equipment and technologies.
