Delivery to your specified delivery address

We use Omniva or DPD services to deliver goods in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, but if you want to receive the goods in another way, place a large order or receive it outside Latvia, write to us at info@biorawpetfood.lv

Receiving goods at the factory

Orders can be received at the factory in Ērgļi, Oškalna street 14 – on weekdays 08:00 – 17:00.

Delivery prices

Delivery costs using Omniva or DPD parcel machines in Latvia are in accordance with the supplier's price list.

Delivery process

As soon as payment for the order is received (you have paid the invoice), the goods will be prepared for shipment and handed over to the relevant service provider.

If the item is delivered using Omniva locker or DPD point:

When the shipment is delivered to the selected pickup point, an informative SMS will be sent to your mobile phone with a unique code to open the locker door, or to present to the parcel booth employee to receive the item.

After receiving the SMS about the delivery of the item to the DPD point or Omniva locker, you have 7 days to collect the item.

When using Omniva or DPD services, the item will be delivered to the pickup point within 2-5 business days after purchasing the item (after payment of the invoice).
