Terms of return of goods

If you notice any non-conformity or problems with the quality of the products, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an e-mail to info@biorawpetfood.lv or by calling + 371 64871321.

In case of returning or exchanging goods, the packaging fee for the order is not refunded or reimbursed.

If you have received the products at a lower price than you have paid, we will transfer the overpaid amount to your bank account within 5 (five) business days from the date you have informed us of the non-conformity.
